Title: “Account recovery failing – transaction ID rejected, paying customer”

    Hi – my domain is http://www.lucymarfleet.com and the associated email is no longer in use, as it has been closed without my permission (it ends with dunelm.org.uk). I would like to relink the domain to my current email address so that I can get back into my account and use my site again. I have paid for this URL for a number of years.

    The AI assistant asked me to provide information which I would rather give privately on an email. Would you be able to contact me by email please to discuss?

    When I entered the Paypal transaction IDs (for 25th May 2026 and 25th May 2025), neither were recognised. I can provide these via email. The error message on the Account Recovery form was ‘The receipt or transaction ID does not appear to be valid’, which is untrue.

    It is possible that I have my domain and the payments are registered under different email addresses, which may have confused things when trying to recover the account.
