titles over custom header image and other images

    My theme is Triton Lite and I have two questions. 1. When I post a custom header image in my blog, the name of the blog (Observatorio das Ideias) comes under the image. What do I do to put this name over the image? 2. Is it possible to put other titles of my posts over the image? Thank you for the attention.
