  I want add site icon which i made. but whenever i am clicking the customize button its not opening

  Hi there,

  Are you saying you can’t load the Customizer? Does it work if you go to https://joyloudmedia.wordpress.com/wp-admin/customize.php instead?

  How about if you log in using a different browser, or in private/incognito mode?
