To restore my created site

    Hello,

    Hope this message finds you well.

    I would like to inform that around 14 months ago I created a website with a theme bought from hwww.elegantthemes.com under a domain http://www.promodigit.com, however, I cannot find it now in my WordPress account. As I understand due to not paying the subscriptions on time the site has been removed. May I know if the site can be somehow restored?

    It seems your domain promodigit.com expired long time ago as it is available for sale. If you didn’t make a proper backup, I guess your site is lost forever.

    Hi there!

    We checked our records and found that the domain was not hosted by us at WordPress.com. If you used WordPress on your site, you were using the self-hosted WordPress.org version.

    There are some differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org. If you aren’t sure about them, please check the following page that explains it well: WordPress.com vs WordPress.org.

    I checked the DNS history of your domain here and found that the domain had Namecheap nameservers in the past. This likely means that your WordPress site was hosted by a company called Namecheap. Perhaps you can get in touch with Namecheap to see if they’re able to help you with this?
