To save the Themes I like

  I would like to have the option to save the themes I like. This to be done with a heart on it or whatever you can do so I can change into the prefered easy. Can you give me feedback with info about if this can be done like now? Seriously – I love to use WordPress, but I think I can help you guys a lot to make it a better place. Tell me how I can help you guys better. Who do I write to get you into the matters of improvement of your site?
