To Stop paid service

    Hi, I want to ask if I want use your paid service with my credit card, and later on I want to stop your paid service, how I do that? Do you still deduct the payment from my credit card for next year service?

    Upgrades can be cancelled from the Manage Purchases page at any time:

    We can issue a refund for plans if they cancelled within 30 days and custom domains, if they are cancelled within 48 hours of being registered:

    Do you still deduct the payment from my credit card for next year service?

    Once an upgrade has been cancelled, you won’t be charged for it again the following year.
