Too many ads on my site

Hi, I have a site called sharonhabibart.com with you. Here’s what someone kindly let me know via Instagram: ”Heads up – when I went to look at your website was significantly inundated by the Ads etc that popped up, to the point where navigating your website without getting redirected to Ads was impossible.” Yikes- I try to sell my art via my site. How can we stop the inundation with ads? Thanks

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there, is sharonhabibart.com under this account you are logged in with to post here in the forums or under a different WordPressdotcom username account?

If you have a Premium, Business or Ecommerce plan for sharonhabibart.com your site is automatically included in the WordAds program, so ads will appear on it. If you want to turn off ads on that site, log in with the correct account and go to your site’s Earnings dashboard at https://wordpress.com/earn/ads-settings/ and flip the toggle to pause ads and save your settings.

Just so you know, when I visited your above site both in a regular tab while logged in and no ads appeared. In a private browsing tab, so logged out, I saw only two very generic WordPressdotcom ads on your site’s homepage. Certainly not an “inundation.”

WordPressdotcom does not use pop-up ads at all, so the person who reported this should also check their device for malware/adware. A screenshot uploaded to your Media Library of what they are seeing would be especially helpful.
