Too Many Redirect error

    Our church website has been getting the following error when trying to access it via search or direct routing. ‘ ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECT
    This just started today. I can login and edit/view as the admin via WordPress but can’t outside the WordPress platform.

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi blcoakadmin,

    blc-oak.org is currently pointing to Google rather than WordPress.com. I noticed blcoak (the other site user) has purchased domain mapping for blc-oak.org, which will connect it to WordPress.com.

    Pointing the name servers to WordPress.com is the next steps and these instructions will guide you through the process:

    https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-existing-domain/#2-point-your-domain-to-us

    Name servers can take up to 48 hours to fully update after being changed so don’t worry if the domain doesn’t work as expected straight away. In the meantime, you should still be able to work on the site from https://wordpress.com.
