Too many signups from network

I’m trying to sign my students up for wordpress blogs and none of them can get through – the message is telling them that too many signups are happening from their network. Help please!

When many people try to sign in from the same IP address at the same time the software assumes they are spammers because that’s what some spammers do.
When we need Staff help with issues Volunteers cannot resolve like this one we type modlook into the sidebar tags on our forum threads. ( have done this for you.)
