Toolbar Drop Down Menu Question

The toolbar at the top of the screen that has the buttons “My Account/My Dashboard/New Post/Blog Info” is kind of annoying since the drop down menus for “My Account” and “Blog Info” will fall behind other buttons on the screen and won’t come to the forefront. I found this especially annoying when I would try to ‘follow’ a blog but because that particular button fell BEHIND another button on this persons blog I found I couldn’t get to it since my cursor would highlight their button which was at the forefront and the “Blog Info” menu would collapse. This happens as well with my own Dashboard, where the buttons under the “My Account” drop down menu fell behind the dashboard and so I couldn’t get to them without highlighting something on my Dashboard and the menu collapses. Doesn’t it make sense to have any drop down menus come to the forefront? Is this a problem other people have or is this something to do with my own computer?

I’ve never seen that with Safari, Chrome, Internet Explorer (6 7 or 8), Flock, Opera or Firefox.
What browser, browser version and operating system are you using?

Interesting… I’m using Windows Explorer 8 on XP Home Edition. I wonder what could be causing this problem then…
