Top bar on wordpress.com – how to remove?
-
Hi, I’m losing my mind with the top gray WP bar that is displayed when I go to techcrunch.com, even when I log out.
How do I remove this?
It’s *incredibly* annoying, what’s even more annoying is that there doesn’t seem to be a simple way to turn it off, wthell?
Thx!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

If you are still getting the Admin bar when you’ve logged out of WordPress.com, you should clear your browser of cookies and cache.
See here:

Please post the URL for your free hosted WordPress.com blog starting with http://
We are not allowed to remove the Admin bar. Removing it is a ToS violation that will get your blog deleted. Only those WordPress.com members who are signed in to WordPress.com can see the Admin bar and more to the point it’s “their” Admin bar. Also note that TechCrunch is a VIP hosted WordPress.com blog. http://vip.wordpress.com/
If you are seeing your Admin bar when logged out of WordPress.com then you will have to report that to WordPress.com Staff when they reactivate the support link after the Memorial Day long weekend ends. http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/
