Total Failure
-
Apparently I need to post public to get support but this is for the engineers for certain:
I used dreamhost to establish a wordpress site at this domain and it was working decently for a week and somehow today it melted down completely and disassociated itself from wordpress. Can you help establish that there was a wordpress account registered related to that domain so we can get to the bottom of this? Do I really just need to start over entirely? I’ve reached out to DH of course, but the loss of connection to the WordPress makes me wonder what’s happening under the hood in terms of user account deployment / access etc. It’s as though I’ve never owned a WordPress page – I’m sending this from a virgin login generic. Looking for staffer engineering level help here. Here’s the error:
‘There has been a critical error on this website.

Thanks,

I don’t see any WordPress.com sites under your account here.
What is the URL of the site with the problem?
NOTE: We can only assist with websites hosted here at WordPress.com. If you’re using the WordPress software, but hosted elsewhere, you will need to reach out to your hosting provider or the WordPress.org community for guidance: https://wordpress.org/support/
