TOTALLY WRONG email address

  I have several different webpages each using a separate email and domain. For some reason when I requested a password reset for my employers website, it sent the password for my personal website. How did wordpress mix up two very different emails. Now my personal site has a password reset and I still can’t get onto my job webpage to make changes. I don’t want to have random people make suggestions on forums. I want WordPress who takes funds automatically out of my account to fix this.
