    Bonjour,
    Je voudrais savoir ce que je peux faire car depuis le 8 septembre 2014, j’ai un blog et toutes mes photos sont disparues et ce jusqu’au 4 novembre 2018. Comment faire pour garder ces photos.

    When I check on the creation date for cyclogerards.com I see that it was set up under your WordPress.com account on July of 2018. We do not have photos that are older than that because this site did not exist before July 2018.

    You can see here at the bottom of the list that the first image that was uploaded to this site was July 18 2018 which is the day this site was created in our system: https://cyclogerard.wordpress.com/wp-admin/upload.php?mode=list&paged=14

    Is it possible you are referring to an old site that you had at one time prior to starting this site? I do see in your activity logs that you performed an import of content from another site on the first day this site was created. However, we do not have a record of where you imported that content from, so if anything was not imported correctly at that time, we would not have a way to recover that content for you.
