  How much traffic can my blog handle? We are expecting a high volume of traffic and do not want the site to crash. Thanks.

  WordPress.com servers host VIP accounts that have HUGE traffic flows your blog is unlikely to ever secure. Don’t worry needlessly about this please. It’s a non issue.

  In another thread you reference a blog not on WordPress.COM and your account and blog here is only 35 minutes old and completely empty – so traffic might be an issue since you are not on WordPress.COM – you need to check with your host –

  There was a blog hosted here that got 145 million hits over two days and didn’t go offline. Are you expecting more than that?
