Traffic Estimate On wordpress.com

    Hi
    I want to run cpm marketing and will get 60 Million visitors per month and 2 million a day .
    Will WordPress paid hosting support a large amount of traffic ? I do not want to show white screen or server down issues.
    Please help me out

    60 million visits per month is ambitious. With those numbers I’d think you’d need a WordPress.com VIP site rather than a Business plan (although in theory that can handle unlimited traffic). According to a report I’ve just looked up, in 2017 Apple’s sites averaged 64 million visits per month in the USA. Home Depot averaged 39 million and WalMart 127 million per month.

    Hi there,

    A WordPress.com site should be able to handle that type of traffic, but I agree with @themagicrobot that it’s very unlikely you’ll get that type of traffic, especially on a new site.

    However, if you’re sure that’s the type of traffic you’ll be getting, it might be worth investing in VIP hosting, as there you’ll have a dedicated team of developers supporting your site who can help should something go wrong.
