Training Videos on the new Block Editor

    Hello, I need to train a few people on how to use the new block editor. The training tutorial videos for editing a page on your website still refer to the classic editor. Do you know if any updated tutorials have been made?

    Hi there,

    The block editor is still under development over at WordPress.org, and is constantly evolving, so we haven’t made any tutorial videos on it yet for WordPress.com, as those would become outdated very quickly.

    But we have a detailed support page on the editor at http://en.support.wordpress.com/wordpress-editor/, as well as support pages on most of the blocks that you can find at https://en.support.wordpress.com/category/writing-editing/blocks/

    I hope those help.

    You might also be able to find some videos on Youtube made by members of the WordPress community – those would have been made for the open source version of WordPress, but aside from the exact blocks that are available in the two versions respectively, the basic functionality is the same. Unless the videos were made very recently there is a good chance they might already be outdated as well, though.
