transaction crashed half way – was charged $99 but can't activate premium theme

hello wp – i purchased the $99 plan which included a premium theme, video press, domain redirect etc – my transaction crashed half way through and I was stuck on an error page. the website http://www.buonassisifamily.com is up, but i can’t activate a premium theme without having to add an associated cost to the checkout. can you tell me how i can activate the premium theme without paying for it again? you can see in my billing history that the payment was processed. thank you

Hi there, it looks like you purchased both a WordPress.com Premium upgrade ($99 – no premium themes included) and a WordPress.com Business upgrade ($199, unlimited premium themes included).
If you let me know which bundle you want to keep, just let me know and I’ll refund the other one. It sounds like you want unlimited premium themes, so the Business bundle would be the one to keep. Thanks!

Hi again – sorry about this, but to sort this out I’ve issued refunds for both upgrades so you can purchase the Business bundle again, on its own.
The WordPress.com Business upgrade costs $299/year – it’s only priced at $199 if you already have the Premium upgrade.
You can go ahead and purchase the Business bundle in your Store and the unlimited premium themes should be accessible after that:
