    I am in upgrading my account for the first time but unfortunately my card details are declined. Trying so many times am told to use another card but I don’t have other cards,. Am using MasterCard
    What is the problem with this

    The transactions are being declined by your bank, not by us, so please contact them directly for help with this. Usually if this happens it’s because the card is not enabled for making international purchases.
