Transaction Declined

  I can’t upgrade to a Personal Plan because when the payment is processing, an error message saying ‘The transaction was declined. Please try another card’ pops up. Please help! This is for my site at onthetouchlinefootball.wordpress.com

  I see four failed payments from my end. What form of payment are you trying to use? Below are the only accepted means of payment:

  I’m using debit Mastercard from Australia. Still the payment is not going through.

  Hi there,

  The payments are being declined on your bank’s end, not ours, so please contact them to find out why they’re not allowing us to charge your card. It’s possible your card will need to be authorised for international payments in order to use it here.
