Transaction fraud by someone using My Credit Card

  Someone has fraudly used my card to purchase the WordPress Account.
  Please let me know how to get refund of this transaction as I have not used my card to purchase anything on wordpress. And also let me know to cancel my credit card from all wordpress account where it been used.
