  I want to renew exactly what I did in the subject transaction. Why do I not have that option anywhere? This is urgent!

  I’ve removed the sensitive information from your thread title as this information could be used to gain access to your account. If Staff need that information they will request it privately.

  If you do not see the upgrade renewal in your Manage Purchases https://wordpress.com/me/purchases it’s possible that you need to be logged in with a different username account. Only the account that purchased the upgrade can renew it.

  Regardless I’ve tagged this for Staff attention.
