  Hello WP,

  I am trying to upgrade my website to a personal plan. The plan does exist on your pricing page https://wordpress.com/pricing/ and I haven’t been able to upgrade as the transaction keeps getting denied and tells me to use another card. Can i get some resolution here as soon as possible.

  Hi there,

  Sometimes your bank may block the transaction, even if your card works for other purchases. Please contact your bank to confirm that they are not blocking transactions from WordPress.com. Also, make sure that your card is valid for online and international transactions.
