Transaction not appearing in Stripe

  Hi there, we processed a transaction for a client in WordPress (using Stripe). However, the transaction is not appearing in Stripe and their helpdesk has redirected us back to WordPress to assist.

  On what site are you working? The account you’re using to post here does not own any sites on WordPress.com.

  If you’re using a plugin to integrate Stripe with your WordPress site hosted somewhere else, please contact the people who made that plugin directly for help.
