TRANSACTION WAS CONTESTED IN ERROR NEED TO GET THE BLOG ACTIVE

    The above charge was contested in error by my dad because he was not aware of recurring charge on the card. And the message he received stated “wpchrg.com” did not mention wordpress in the message and hence he contested the charge with his bank. It was an error and I need that blog (domain) so kindly inform me the necessary steps to rectify this error.

    The above charge was contested in error by my dad because he was not aware of recurring charge on the card.

    We have received a chargeback for the Premium plan which recently auto renewed. When a chargeback is issued, all upgrades on the account are removed and the site is locked until you pay a chargeback fee or cancel the chargeback. Once the fee is paid or the chargeback has been cancelled, the account returns to normal.

    If PayPal are able to cancel the chargeback, I can either restore the upgrades or issue a refund.

    I need that blog (domain) so kindly inform me the necessary steps to rectify this error.

    shabostoc.com is registered through GoDaddy and ‘mapped’ to WordPress.com with domain mapping. You should still be able to access the domain from your GoDaddy account.
