  The transaction was declined. Please contact support quoting error AXLZNE. why this?

  Hi there,

  Purchases are currently disabled for your account. Our Billing Support team handles inquiries about this. You can reach out to them for assistance with this using the link in your dashboard that says: “Purchases are currently disabled. Please contact us to re-enable purchases.”

  We’re not able to help with this in the forums.
