  I am using debit card but it says my transaction was declined and advising me to use another card. when i already using for another transactions. I want to upgrade my site. please help.

  Hi there,

  The payments are being blocked on your bank’s end, so please contact them to find out why. Usually this means your card is not enabled to make international purchases.
