  There is a wordpress business link that I need to transfer to wordpress. Do I need to set up a new business account and then will I be able to transfer the link.

  The site I need help with is http://www.lupusingeorgia. It is not hosted by WordPress.com or connected with Jetpack. This site is not linked to my WordPress.com account.
