  I need to transfer my website to my HostGator plan. Why can’t I do anything with my website anymore? Why do I have to pay to install plugins now this never happened before I upgraded to business plan.

  Hi there,

  Are you referring to valleyprintco.com? If that’s the site you’re working on, then that site is already hosted by HostGator, and you need to contact them regarding the issue you’re having.

  Here on WordPress.com, you had a Business plan subscription for valleyprintco.wordpress.com that expired last year when you transferred your hosting to HostGator.
