Hello, this is a fourth trying to get an answer. Hope this time reaches one of you… Planning to run 2 sties in an account and only 1 site named A is managed with your premium plan and the other B is remained as sub. After 7 months for instance, I get to see that B site is more to be invested and want A site to to left as sub. Will wordpress.com allow me to transfer my rest of Premium plan credits (5 months) for running B site??

You can definitely move an upgrade plan, and a domain, from one site in your account to another, and you can even transfer an upgrade to a completely different account if you wanted to.
A custom domain upgrade you can transfer yourself from My Site ->Manage ->Domains, and our live chat support team can help you with transferring upgrade plans between sites in your account.
