I want to know what is the procedure to transfer a domain of Tiscali in wordpress and if to do so you need to buy one of your packages. As a transfer I mean a real change and its ‘Registrar’ by Tiscali and WordPress. I await your kind response.

Therefore, we recommend that you keep the name registered at your current registrar. You can use the domain for your site here at WordPress.com by mapping the domain, as explained here:
