  How do I transfer a premium theme that I bought on wordpress.com to wordpress.org? We are going to use the wordpress.org software, and we already bought Bold News theme.

  The premium themes purchased on WordPress.com can only be used on WordPress.com blogs.

  In this case, you would need to re-purchase the theme direct from its designer: http://www.woothemes.com/products/boldnews/
