  What is the domain URL?
  Which underlying .wordpress.com URL is it being mapped from to that domain URL now?
  And, exactly which wordpress.COM username account registered that site and purchased the upgrade?
  Which underlying .wordpress.com URL do you want to move the domain mapping to?

  Hi @bellatema, can you log in as the account that owns the domain first? Then get in touch with support here, stating what account you’d like to transfer to:
