  Can I create a free site and transfer that account to a paid account and keep what I have already created.

  Could you tell us some more details about your idea? Do you already have a paid plan under a different account? What’s the address of that site?

  In general, it’s best to create the site where you want to keep it and upgrade when you’re ready, but we’ll be able to advise better once we know more.
