  Why can i not transfer my blog?

  I want to transfer my blog and upgrades to another user i have made, but it when I try to it says ‘you cannot transfer to that user.

  Please help

  Hi there,

  Can you tell me exactly which site and upgrades you would like moved? Also, please provide me the username of the account you would like it moved to.

  I upgraded to the premium package and I purchased ‘Alto’. So I would like both of these, plus the other dillondot web addresses to be transferred.

  I would like to transfer everything from the account ‘jaimeridge’ to the account ‘Jaime_Ridge’ please.

  I could not find a username spelled: Jaime_Ridge. Can you provide the email address used for the new account? Please note that it will be hidden in the forum, only I will be able to see it.
