transfer blog from one owner to another with domain name

i helped a friend start her blog and would like to turn it over to her and remove myself as an administrator and give her ownership of the domain name. How can I do that?

Before I do, I’d like to confirm a few things.
Can you provide me the WordPress.com site and the domain name/upgrades that you want to transfer? Also, please provide me the username of the user you would like to transfer this to.
Please note that if we transfer this domain, then the new owner will have to update the contact information in order for the domain to be in compliance with ICANN regulations. Until the new user does this, we will still have your contact information on record and you will be responsible for the domain. I need you to confirm that you understand this before we can continue.

I had actually helped several friends to start their blogs, so I guess we will have to do the same procedures for all of them later.
Now the blog I want to transfer is http://www.mireillesaab.wordpress.com upgraded to http://www.mireillesaab.com

Thanks for the info! The domain has been transferred! After looking at the blog I found that, the username: mireillesaab was already set as the owner.
