Transfer blog – not receiving confirmation email.

  I am trying to transfer a blog to another user – I have gone through all the steps outlined in the site and video and am not just not receiving the confirmation email to complete the process. I am trying to transfer this blog http://katiesgarage.wordpress.com to the user at (email visible only to moderators and staff)
