  I’m not sure what you’re asking. What exactly do you want to transfer, and what are the URLs of the sites involved?

  Do you want to migrate content from a stand-alone WordPress site to a WordPress.com site, or are you asking about upgrading a WordPress.com site? If it’s the latter, you don’t need to transfer anything – when you upgrade a WordPress.com site, the paid plan’s features are simply enabled on the existing site, so your content is not affected in any way.
