Transfer denied due to privat registration

    Hi, 

    I am trying to transfer my domain but the transfer has been denied: 

    The request to transfer the following domain name(s) to another registrar has been denied. The domain(s) currently has Private Registration:

    frauenarztpraxis-musberg.com

    How do I cancel my private registration?
