Transfer Domain

  Hello again,

  I have already spoke with two operators yestearday Tish B and Ash.
  Still I can not transfer my domain and I am the administrator of my website.
  Please advice it is very urgent

  I would be happy to assist you in transferring your domain. However, as the other staff mentioned the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from. You are contacting us from aaronzeby , but you need to log out of that account and log into the account betterbeahit . Do you still have the password for the betterbeahit account?
