Transfer domain

    I purchased my domain from domain direx but did not give me full access to the website to mention plugins(administrator). I would like you guys to advise me on how to transfer my domain.

    Hi there,

    I think you might be confusing domain registration and website hosting.

    Where your domain is registered has nothing to do with whether or not you can use plugins. That depends on your hosting setup and the WordPress software itself.

    If you want to move your site to WordPress.com, please note that to transfer a domain to us requires our Personal Plan or higher, and to install plugins on a WordPress.com site requires our Business Plan. You can create a new WordPress.com site at the link below, and then buy a plan and transfer your domain as part of the process:

    Note that if you bought your domain less than 60 days ago, you won’t be able to transfer it to us yet.
