Transfer domain

  Hi!

  There is a craft company in Norway that has a website that is gaulinbygg.no
  It was recently found out that they own another domain which is gaulin-bygg.no. They do not have access to this domain and the information on that domain is incorrect. I’m pretty sure the Gaulin-bygg.no domain is hosted here.
  Are there any options for transferring all traffic from domain 1 to domain 2?
  if yes. What more information do you need?

  Are there any options for transferring all traffic from domain 1 to domain 2? if yes. What more information do you need?

  You would need

  – Access to the settings for each domain

  – The ability to add a parked/mapped domain, and a 301 redirect to send the traffic from one domain to the other

  Neither of the sites are hosted here on our services, but if you can log in at syse.no you can likely request help there with updating the domain settings. You’ll also want to notify the current host and ask how to “park” and redirect the domain once you’ve gained access to its settings.
