Transfer domain

  Hello,
  I would like to create my site and integrate my booking system prior to transferring my domain. So I don’t have any laps for the live site to be down. Is there a way to do this with WordPress and the first thing I was asked to do was connect a domain.

  Hi there!

  You can disregard that prompt and choose the free subdomain. You can work with that for as long as you need and only connect your domain when you’re ready.

  To integrate a booking system to a WordPress.com site, though, you’d need plugins. Those are available on plans Business and above:
