Transfer Domain

Hello,
I am trying to transfer my domain from WordPress to Squarespace. I first was in contact with Flywheel, who we created our domain through, and they claimed I receive my transfer authorization key through the WordPress dashboard. However, in my current login there is no My Site tab, nor an Upgrade subsection for me to get my domain transfer key. Please let me know how I can access this key for my site, and what credentials you need to get it.

What is the domain name you’re referring to?

I’m using Word Press as the site builder, and the domain was received from Flywheel. When speaking about transferring the domain to Squarespace, Flywheel support claimed that I needed to get my transfer authorization key from Word Press. I tried using this guide to do so:

However, there is no My Site or Upgrade tab on my electro-distro.com dashboard.

That domain is registered with Hover, not us, so you’ll need to initiate the transfer through them instead: https://help.hover.com/hc/en-us/articles/217281667-Transferring-your-domain-away-from-Hover-
