Transfer domain

  Hi, three day ago (tuesday) i requested a transfer of my domain (www.eefjekleijweg.com) and i still haven’t heard about the confirmation. Can you tell me when the transfer will be confirmed by you?

  WordPress.com does not really have anything to do with the confirmation of a transfer. When you initiate a transfer, an email is sent to the email address on file for that domain registration asking you to confirm the transfer. Did you receive that email? Here is our support document for domain transferring, in case you haven’t seen it:

  If you did not receive the email, make sure you have the correct address set under Domain Contacts. You can send the email again by going to Transfer Domain and clicking on Email Transfer Code.
