Transfer Domain after Refund
-
Hey there! I’m attempting to transfer my domain to GoDaddy. I originally was going to organise a website through WordPress however I just went with a designer and now need to transfer it before it occurs. I waited the 60 days for the transfer, however can no longer see the domain as being registered under my account.
I assume that this is because I sought a refund for the order which gave me that domain, however it looks as though my domain is still tied to the account. I no longer however have the option to transfer that domain across.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

This is the incorrect blog, the domain is sgxendure.com and I still can edit it through my free wordpress account and domain.
Once you go to it you can see that it is still clearly mapped to the WordPress blog that I have going, however now I’ve lost all privileges to alter the domain.

Hi there,
What is the domain URL of the domain you want to transfer? It is not under the account that you are contacting us from – there is not history of any purchases under that account.
Do you happen to have a different account? I would log under that account and see if the domain is connected to it.
Let me know if you have any questions.
Thanks!

Hey Darnell, the domain is http://www.sgxendure.com
I definitely purchased off WordPress using the Premium package and sought http://www.sgxendure.com as my Free Domain however sought a refund. That refund was processed however after returning after the 60 day waiting period the option to transfer the domain was removed for the account.
Now the page is sitting idle at the last stage that I edited it before I received the refund, seemingly belonging to no one.

I found the account that sgxendure.com is under.
To confirm ownership and further discuss the sgxendure.com, can you post in this thread under the account associated with the domain?
Once you do that, I’ll be happy to look further into this issue.
Thanks!
