Transfer domain from Adobe Muse to WordPress
-
Dear,
Since my existing website http://www.restauratiewerkplaats.nl is made in Adobe Muse but this program does not allow me to edit the site and is out of use, I want to use WordPress instead. I already started working on a new website design but now I have to transfer the domain name to WordPress. I have the FTP and MySQL available but I don’t know how to transfer this. Also, since I bought the domain a while ago I expect not having to pay extra to WordPress for using this domain.
WP.com: Yes
Jetpack: No
Correct account: YesThe blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You can’t use FTP and MySQL on the wordpress.com platform unless you upgrade to the creator plan.
If your new website is made in WordPress, you can easily export it and import it on the wordpress.com platform. If your new site uses a third party theme and/or plugins, you must upgrade to the Creator plan.
WordPress.com can import from several platform as e.g. Weebly, Wix, … – https://wordpress.com/support/category/move-your-site/
If your new site isn’t compatible with wordpress.com, you must manually copy the content of each pages to our platform.
