Transfer domain name

  I have in the past purchased my domain name through the WordPress site. But I have moved my site to another provider for some time. I would like to transfer my domain name to my other provider now. I even received my transfer code last January. I can no longer find the information to do so on wordpress.com in my account. I can no longer see my domain name but rather: https://ipequebec********.wordpress.com .

  Could you help me please?

  INTRODUCTION

  I see the same thing … However on January 18, 2020 I had received my transfer code ??? But now I don’t have access to anything

  We cannot provide you any details about the account that owns that upgrade, no. But if you submit the account recovery form our recovery team will be able to tell you that once they’ve verified your ownership, and they can also help you update the email address of that account if needed.
