Transfer domain to wordpress.org

  Hi,

  I cannot transfer from wordpress.com to bluehost, I have stuck at strep 3/4. I did put in both EPP and verification code. It says…

  Transfer Lock: The domain race-hunter.com is currently locked from transfer (Status clientTransferProhibited).
  You will need to unlock the domain at Wild West Domains, Inc. before a transfer can take place.
  EPP Authorization code: E**************B
  Admin Email: (email visible only to moderators and staff)
  WARNING: It is recommended that you disable Domain Privacy before requesting the Registrar Transfer. You should receive a refund from the Losing Registrar on the Privacy Service for the remaining 128 you will not be using. You may enable Privacy immediately once the Registrar Transfer has completed.

  I have registered this domain through wordpress.com and I do not have any account username or password with wild west domain.

  Please help.

  Most specifically:

  You will need to disable the Domain Lock and Private Registration to prepare your domain for transfer, and then click Request Transfer Code.
