transfer email subscribers from .com to .org

  I just purchased http://www.laurelbeard.org and would like to have the email subscribers transferred over to my new account.

  old: http://www.laurelbeard.wordpress.com
  new: http://www.laurelbeard.org (hosted by bluehost)

  Can you help me with this please?

  Noting that I have installed jetpack and connected both my .com and .org wordpress accounts to each other.

  Can someone please help me? I am ready to activate my blog but don’t want to do with so without migrating my subscribers over to laurelbeard.org. I have tried to follow the directions and do it myself with no luck…..
